Peter Henry Rae Green (born 30 January 1947) is an Australian-born gastroenterologist and Professor of Clinical Medicine and Director of the Celiac Disease Center at Columbia University, New York City.〔(Q & A with Dr. Peter Green of the Celiac Disease Center at Columbia University ) Retrieved 15 July 2013〕 He is notable for his expertise is celiac disease and his research includes epidemiology, clinical manifestations, associated diseases and the pathophysiological mechanisms of the syndrome.
